Kalikora is a general-audience service and is not intended for children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use Kalikora with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Kalikora provides product search, comparison, watchlists, price and availability monitoring, merchant information, historical signals, automated analysis, and shopping-intelligence features.

Features may use algorithms, automated rules, and artificial intelligence to organize information and generate recommendations or explanations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kalikora does not manufacture, own, stock, sell, ship, insure, or guarantee products displayed through the service.

A purchase is completed directly with the selected retailer. The retailer is responsible for checkout, payment processing, order acceptance, fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, product safety, and customer service.

Product information may originate from retailers, public sources, structured feeds, automated collection, service providers, or calculated intelligence.

Prices, availability, shipping estimates, delivery times, taxes, duties, discounts, product attributes, and retailer policies can change or contain errors. Information displayed by Kalikora may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

Always verify the final product, price, currency, availability, shipping destination, delivery estimate, tax, duty, return policy, and order total on the retailer's website before completing a purchase.

Kalikora's scores, rankings, predictions, deal classifications, timing signals, explanations, and recommendations are informational estimates. They do not guarantee future prices, product quality, suitability, retailer performance, savings, delivery, or availability.

Intelligence may be based on limited or incomplete observations. Confidence indicators and data limitations should be considered when making a decision.

Kalikora does not provide financial, legal, medical, safety, or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account, protecting your authentication session, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Information provided through your account must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or violate another person's rights.

Watchlists and alerts are convenience features. Kalikora does not guarantee that every price, availability, or delivery change will be detected or that every notification will be delivered immediately.

You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining your alert preferences, target prices, email access, and purchasing decisions.

Kalikora may redirect you to independent retailer websites. Those websites are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, accessibility practices, and commercial policies.

Some eligible retailer links may generate a commission for Kalikora without increasing the price you pay. Review the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

You may not use Kalikora to:

• Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
• Access accounts, systems, data, or internal routes without authorization.
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Introduce malware, destructive code, automated abuse, or unreasonable infrastructure load.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of Kalikora in violation of applicable law or these terms.
• Manipulate rankings, clicks, attribution, reviews, alerts, or product-intelligence signals.
• Use Kalikora to mislead, defraud, impersonate, or harm another person or organization.

Kalikora's software, interface, branding, original content, data organization, calculations, designs, and product-intelligence presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Retailer names, product names, trademarks, product images, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily imply endorsement or partnership.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, suggestions, or ideas, Kalikora may use them to evaluate and improve the service without an obligation to implement them or compensate you.

Kalikora may add, modify, suspend, limit, or remove features as the platform develops. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security issues, data limitations, or circumstances outside Kalikora's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kalikora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that the service will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kalikora is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate or delayed product information, retailer actions, third-party websites, missed alerts, delivery failures, product defects, or purchasing decisions made outside Kalikora.

Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Kalikora may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, data, legal rights, or service integrity, or where these terms are materially violated.

You may stop using Kalikora at any time and may request account-related assistance through the contact address below.

These terms may be updated as Kalikora introduces new capabilities or responds to operational and legal changes. The updated date will be changed when revised terms are published.

Continued use after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law. Additional notice will be provided when required.

These terms do not remove rights or protections that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you. Governing-law and dispute provisions may be updated after Kalikora's operating legal entity and jurisdiction are formally established.
