This Privacy Policy applies to Kalikora's website, accounts, product-intelligence features, watchlists, alerts, retailer-link measurement, and related support communications.

Retailer websites, affiliate networks, and other third-party services have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply after you visit or interact with those services.

Depending on how you use Kalikora, the service may process the following categories:

• Account information: email address, authentication identifier, session information, and optional profile information.
• Saved-product information: watchlist items, target prices, price-drop settings, stock-alert settings, and related timestamps.
• Product interactions: searches, comparisons, product selections, and interactions with Kalikora's intelligence features.
• Outbound click information: the selected offer, product, retailer, destination host, source surface, affiliate eligibility, and click timestamp.
• Communications: messages sent to support and information needed to respond.
• Technical information: hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, device details, browser information, request logs, and security events.
• Notification delivery information: email recipient, alert type, provider message identifier, delivery status, failure information, and delivery timestamps.

Kalikora does not process retailer payment-card details. Purchases and payments are completed directly on the retailer's website.

Kalikora may use information to:

• Provide authentication and account security.
• Display and manage saved products and comparisons.
• Monitor price and availability changes.
• Deliver requested transactional notifications.
• Generate and improve product, merchant, price, and shopping intelligence.
• Measure retailer-link usefulness and attribution.
• Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, Kalikora may rely on performance of a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

Kalikora may provide limited information to service providers that support the platform, including:

• Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure.
• Vercel for website hosting, delivery, logs, and security infrastructure.
• Resend for transactional email delivery and delivery events.
• Retailers and affiliate networks when you follow an eligible external link.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, prevent harm, or complete a business reorganization.

Service providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Kalikora does not currently sell personal information for direct monetary payment.

Kalikora and its infrastructure providers may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, session continuity, user preferences, and platform operation.

Comparison selections may be held temporarily in your browser. Clearing browser data, signing out, or using a different device may remove locally held settings.

If Kalikora later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, or personalization technologies, additional notice and consent controls will be added where required.

Kalikora may measure outbound retailer clicks and may use eligible affiliate links. Retailers or affiliate networks may receive attribution information when you follow those links.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing requested services, maintaining security and records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary by category. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained longer where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its users.

Kalikora uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including controlled database access, authenticated APIs, secret management, encrypted network connections, and restricted internal routes.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You should use a secure email account and protect your sign-in session.

Kalikora and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how personal information is used. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

You can manage watchlist and alert preferences through Kalikora. For account or privacy requests, contact support@kalikora.com. Kalikora may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Kalikora is a general-audience shopping-intelligence service and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not create an account or provide personal information through Kalikora.

If Kalikora learns that personal information was collected from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring deletion, reasonable steps will be taken to remove it. A parent or guardian can contact support@kalikora.com.

This policy may be updated as Kalikora develops, introduces new features, or responds to legal and operational changes. The updated date will be changed when revisions are published.
